Dear Mr. Kuniyuki Omagrai,

Thank you very much for the preliminary TLE.  Yes, I understand that it may
not be precise but at least something is better than nothing to attempt to
track Cute-1.7.

I will attempt to track it and forward all CW telemetry received.
Unfortunately, it is with great sadness that I would not be able to attempt
to uplink to Cute-1.7 on 1.2 GHz due to licensing restrictions.  (I would
need to upgrade to a Class A license by passing the CW test to do so, as my
current Class B license do not allow me to operate on 1.2 GHz and above)

Good luck to all with Cute-1.7.
