RE: 2M mobile



The Yaesu FT-8900R can't be beat.  It's a quad-bander (10,6, 2, & 70cm)
so you can also play some DX.  Hot receiver, 50 watts out and can be
easily programmed.  I've barely cracked open the user manual for this
rig.

I've played with it on 10 & 6 meters some, too.  Nice for when there's
not a bird up.
