0605 UTC 17 feb Suitsat pass

Unfortunately, nothing heard other than a weak carrier on the
0605Z pass of Suitsat. This pass was nearly over head with
430 KM slant range.
Also, I've heard signals on 437.800 MHz using a scanner and
outside antenna. Transmissions are less than half a second long.
They sound like those of Suitsat. When heard both ISS and Suitsat
are far out of range. Is there some sort of TDRS interlink or
downlink operating? They do not sound malicious in any way.
