Yes, they already have two more payloads
(not amateur) that are planning on using that
launcher. But this is DOD. It is orders of
magnitude cheaper to lauch with the well
established CUBESAT program operated out
of Stanford.
ALso their orbits are higher and last years,
the SHuttle launcher orbits only last months..
