[amsat-bb] OSCAR numbers and the cubesats

Hi All

I have been watching some of the comments on the B-B for and against the
issuing of an oscar number for Suitat-1 with interest.I myself have no
paticular gripe against using AO54 but why oh why havn't most of the
Cubesats ,eg CUTE-1,X1-1V etc etc, also been issued an oscar number as
well, bearing in mind that they are still working ok.
