Granted, but that was only 2 satellites, and almost 10 years ago. I think
what we have in mind is something on a much more "regular" basis... maybe
we could even get the Russians to equip EVERY Progress supply ship with some
type of amateur payload to be activated when the ship is cut loose to
re-enter the atmosphere!
