[amsat-bb] re: suitsat/half a watt!

If you think SUITSAT is under-powered, bear in mind that AO-27 also runs
only 1/2W (on 70cm).  On non-transcontinental AO-27 passes, i use about 
140mW on the uplink with a homebrew antenna comparable to an Arrow.

P.S.  Anyone have any clues about SUITSAT's spin?  If anyone figures this 
out, the Eagle sensor group would like to know.
