[amsat-bb] SuitSat: What have we learned

1) An object of this size can be deployed safely during an EVA.
2) RF output of the final assembly should be tested before deployment.
3) Slow tumbling of a single whip antenna makes reception difficult.
4) The ISS ham radio cannot receive weak signals.
