Specifications are the initial requirement, Frank Bauer might be a good
initial contact...small, maybe not sharp and cubish, the spacesuits that the
cosmonauts are wearing are a critical issue as to the possibility of their
damage while launching...

The Russians in MIR allowed the construction and launching restrictions of
"SWATCHsat"...are they available?...the concept was good the goal was less
than admirable....

let's build a "SWATCHsat" and progress from there!
