Depuis Rennes entendu suitsat au passage de 9h40  avec un petit qrk de S1
avec qsb quelque bouts de module  Russe
difficile a sortir .
En phase en gros avec ISS a qq chose  près.

Heard from W of France  with a report of 51  , with qsb a small modulation ,
probably in russian, difficult to follow  correctly !

Suitsat was clearly audible today at CPA around 08:06 UTC over Paris, France
Russian voice with deep QSB.
Audio available on request.

Rig: 2 x 11 el Yagi RHCP + 0,7 dB noise preamp + AR5000A receiver
