re: Astronaut McArthur: about batteries and he tried to listen to the SUITSAT signal!

Yeah, i heard something similar to that on a [US] Pacific Coast pass,
this Saturday morning (PST).  However, from what i heard about the NASA
safety requirements for Suitsat, it had to be designed such that it would 
not transmit until there was plenty of time after the device was armed by
the astronaut/cosmonaut.  So if that was the last thing they did before
coming back inside the ISS, it might be reasonable not to have heard
anything from Suitsat when they came inside.
