[amsat-bb] SuitSat audio file 1808z 4th

I catched SuitSat-1 FM signal at 1808z 4th. I put the audio file on my
web site. You can hear ID and part of messages.

I can only hard the signal near TCA. Max elevation was about 52deg. I
also heard weak ID at 0034z 5th. Max elevation was 30deg.

My system is FT-726 + 9ele F9FT + 20dB pri-amp.
