[amsat-bb] SuitSat-1 ID heard

Hello,

Just listened to 59deg max pass 15:30 UTC.  Heard lots of poor audio.  There 
was a couple of intelligible words.  I suspect tumbling is the problem.  The 
carrier would quiet the RX a couple of times. about Q3-4.  "RS0ISS" copied. 
Heard some data, but did not sound like SSTV.
