[amsat-bb] Suitsat - nothing over South africa

BlankHi all

There was not even a beep from Suitsat during the 12:41 UTC pass over South
Africa. The NASA report said that it operated for two orbits and than stopped
probably due battery failure  due to the cold climate. I would have thought
that the batteries were well packaged to shield them from the cold.
