[amsat-bb] Suitsat not hrd in Moncton 1038Z

Listened throughout the 1038Z pass over Atlantic Canada.  Nothing from
SuitSat, but strong packet bursts on 145.800 at the same time.

Icom 2720, 1/4&lgr; mag mount, on the road in Moncton, NB, FN76
