I checked Ken's Keplarian elements for SUITSAT vs ISS using the 033.9
set of elements for ISS and found less than twenty seconds difference
between the two.  No reason yet, to enter these until the two spacecraft
separate a bit further.  First audiable pass should be 10:25 UTC.  This
has been sent at approx 03:00 UTC.   Cliff K7RR
