Just a note to those of you who have limited to no experience with SSTV. One
thing you are going to have to do is get the "slant" adjustment of your
software taken care of. This is neccesary because of the widely varying
clock frequencies of many soundcards. Most of the SSTV software has
documented information on doing this with WWV but I find it easiest to tune
into 14.230 or 14.233 and copy some of the "regulars" there and use there
signals as a basis for my slant adjustment. Info on the adjustment should be
found in the help file of your particular software. Please note that this is
the receive slant adjustment not the transmit. They each are a different
animal. Obviously for suitsat no transmit adjustment will be neccesary.
