[amsat-bb] When is SuitSAT Activation ?

When PCSAT2 was attached to the outside of the International Space Station 
by Soichi Noguchi of the STS-114 'Return To Flight' shuttle crew during his 
third space walk, there was a built in timer that delayed the activation of 
the transmitter. I can only assume that was for safety reasons while the 
crew was outside the space station.

Could any of the buiders of SuitSAT say where or not there is a built in 
activation delay of the 145.990 MHz transmitter? Or will it be released 'Hot 
and Ready To Go'.
