[amsat-bb] SuitSat Keps?

All:

Will there be SuitSat keps? If not, how far behind the ISS can we expect it 
to be in the first few days?

I rememeber RS-18 being somewhat behind MIR for a while, but can't recall if 
there were keps for it.
