It's an ARRL award and they would have to "step up" even though I'm sure 
"satellite" operation isn't that high on there list...can you earn a WAS via 
satellite? Can you prove the satellite (repeater) was within 50 miles of the 
same point each time?

How about AMSAT putting together a WORKED 50 STATES Award...and a WORKED 7 
CONTINENTS (I think there are 7 continents) Award, give Bill an "Honorary 
Membership" into AMSAT and WE take all the publicity that comes from it!
