It'd have to be a special one, Because you have to be in the same
grid-square & gather them all from the same station location.
Maybe 210 miles up could be called the same location?
I think he should receive some kind of special award though for his
activity.

It would be neat if Amsat awards could make a special WAS certificate for 
him.  Sort of a thank you for his activity that he can show off to other 
Astronaut-cosmonaut amateurs.
