[amsat-bb] AO-51 in FM/USB mode

This is one fine mode!



Used SatPC32 on a TS2000 and adjusted doppler file for an uplink of (145.879
rather than 145.880 on USB). No change on downlink. SatPC did the rest. No
further manual intervention necessary. This mode requires more TX power. 5
to 10 watts barely made it. 25-35 watt was much better.



Contacts with N5WD, W8EH, N8BBQ and VE6AB.
