My Rules for LEO satellites (not HF pileups):
Use Phonetics only if the receiving station gets your call wrong...don't use
phonetics for the prefix or call area unless s/he gets it wrong, Lastly, use
phonetics for only the letter they get wrong...they are smart...and will
figure the rest are correct...
