I tried ISS tonight, pass #40825, 0243utc 10Jan:
No luck with the astronauts on voice but copied packet:
RS0ISS-3
W7NP and N7SIJ
So I know I can hear the station well with my 17-foot 9-dB vertical (FT-847).
I guess we will wait to hear of activity at a time both ISS is overhead and
during awake time for them.
Thanks for the advise.
73's,
Ed - KL7UW
