Try TrueTTY from DXSoft (does HF/VHF AX-25 packet as well as RTTY, AMTOR-FEC
and -ARQ, PSK-31, ASCII-7 and-8, and MFSK-16), or AGW-Term and the AGW
Packet Engine, from SV2AGW. Both do packet thru the soundcard.
