[amsat-bb] Lots of Russian stations on AO-51 tonight why ?

Hi to all of you in Europe,
Tonight I have heard a lot of Russian stations on
AO-51. Is there a special reason for that ???

At times it sounded like the ISS cross band repeater :-)
No - not really they made nice QSOs.

Worked RZ3ZZ as a new one.
