[amsat-bb] PMS working

Hi,

Some may be interested to know that the PMS on the ISS is working again. 
  Bill McArthur has been very active over ZL on phone on recent passes 
and it would seem that he has also fixed the problem with the TNC part 
of the Kenwood Radio.
