[amsat-bb] Gabon active via FO-29

Hi All

Made QSO in SSB with TR8CA via FO-29 to day 17 december on Rev 
46101 at 18:24 UTC 

For South Europe the window with JJ40QL Libreville Gabon is 
only about 3 minutes.

TR8CA was calling CQ in the upper part of the passband with a strong
signal.

My last contact with Libreville on LEO satellite was on skedule with 
TR8BL via OSCAR-8
