Re: Fw: Updating keps in SatPC32

Hello Michael,
if you are using the latest version 12.4 you can download and update Keps
files from the SatPC32 window "Satellites" (button "Update Keps") from the
internet, i.e. from the Celestrak or AMSAT websites. The updated file will
overwrite the previous one and SatPC32 will automatically use the updated
data. These files come with the usual AMSAT satellite names, so you don't
need to run SatRename or other tools to convert the satellite names used in
SpaceTrack files.

The internet download addresses are stored in the aux. file "Celestrak.SQF"
in the SatPC32 program folder. To add more download addresses you can open
the file from the SatPC32 menu "?", "Auxiliary Files". Also, this file
contains information how to proceed. You will also find hints how to update
Keps in the FAQs file, sect. 2.
