The MGF1200 is obsolete and anymore available but the MGF1902
is electrically equivalent to MGF1302

I have sent to you the data sheet for the MGF1902 from wich you can
realize that the lowest NF is available at a drain current of about 15 mA

If you have a simple not calibrated noise source made with a diode 1N21
you can manually tune your preamplifier for the lowest NF even if at the
end you dont know it's value in dB but you only know that it is the possible
lowest obtainable and this is what I did for many years before the
Automatic Noise Figure Meter becomes available on the surplus market
at a reasonable price.
