[amsat-bb] AO-51 Callsigns

All,

Can anybody verify AO-51's PBBS callsigns, I am using PECHO-11 and PECHO-12
per the Amsat website but to no avail, I have also seen PACB-11 and PACB-12
elsewhere on the internet and on a pass Wisp says that it hears frames from
PACB-1

Station setup is working just fine on GO-32 so I know it's not hardware.
