[amsat-bb] KPC-4 Dual TNC

Howdy from Bill K7MT,

Received information from Brent Hildebrand (Author of APRS + SA) and he said
that the program will not support two seperate calls/ssids with dual tnc's -
only one call.  Answers that question !!!  He did however say that you can
run two copies of APRS + SA on the same computer and have seperate ssid's as
I need for terrestrial and ISS.  Will try it out...... Problem is I am
running out of com ports !!!!
