[amsat-bb] AO-51 pass

This morning, 1353 - 1405 Z,  I attempted to hear the AO-51 pass  off the east
coast to check out my S band receiver.  I heard nothing and am wondering if the
satellite was in use at that time and I have a problem, or it was a bit early on
a cool Sunday morning and everyone else slept late.
