[amsat-bb] ESA customer day

Hi all.
 
I see the European Space Agency  held a "VEGA customer day" in Rome on  the 
10th November.

The VEGA launcher will lift off on its maiden flight in 2006.
 
Hmmmm.......possible launch opportunity?
