[amsat-bb] Ao-51 with SSB-Uplink

Hello all,
since today AO-51 has changed mode, and the uplink now accepts SSB
transmissions. I have worked several qsos already today in this mode, and I
can confirm that it works perfectly. I am using SatPC32 for doppler shift
correction and also this works just fine and is a big help to keep the
transmit frequency stable.
