 Got some emails about using WiSPDDE with Satscape, saying it will do 450 
degree rotor control. Looking at Satscape / WiSPDDE configuration and I 
don't see it working with the KCT? I wonder why. Also the last update to 
Satscape was in 2004, ver 2.02?
