[amsat-bb] Towards a true international AMSAT

As AMSAT-NA is an international  organization representing the interest of Canada, Mexico and the United States i suggest that Bylaws and/or articles of Incorporation should 
be amended to reflect this.

In this new millennium theses amendments will cement the international goals of AMSAT-NA. I have some draft ready here but it will interesting to received any suggestions 
before i send it to the BOD for their comments.
