[amsat-bb] SSETI Express 1557Z pass over West Malaysia

Hello All,

I just had a 79 degree pass of SSETI Express over West Malaysia.  

This time, UWE-1 was heard with better signals.  Hope for a successful
decoding tomorrow.

Unfortunately, nothing heard from SSETI express again.  I will continue to
listen out again tomorrow morning.
