[amsat-bb] Object E or XI-V ?

Nothing heard from SSETI or UWE-1.

I received the CW below from which object ?
I was tracking Object E

LOS was at 00.31.53 U.K. local time.
Last frequency for Doppler was 437.453.9

There could be a couple of characters missing from 
the beginning of each line.
Using the DSP2232. Paket6 
ICOM 475E AG35 mast head pre-amp.
