RE: SSETI Express over West Malaysia at 0301Z



Hi Sion Chow

the mystery signal you heard ,I believe, is Mozhayets5 or RS25, last
night when it was in range of St Petersburg Russia it was transmitting a
digital type FM signal but when out of range it sends cw very much like
Mozhayets4 or RS22.
