Re: FO-29 Digitalker ???



Hi David,

It would be best if someone from JARL explain it, but the Digitalker 
is not turned on all the time.  It is very enjoyable when it is, but 
it can be confusing to amateurs, especially in the western 
hemisphere.  The last time it was turned on was very enjoyable as it 
was a sign of spring.
