[amsat-bb] FO-29 Digitalker ???

Hello everybody:

Just a short question.

Can anyone inform me if the FO-29 digitalker is always active? Or it is 
a mode that the ground-control can switch on and off ? As far as I know, 
this digitalker feature is just a beacon with a non-stop recording. Has 
this digitalker other uses ????. Is there any schedule to know when it 
will be active?

When active... Which is the TX-power ?
