SSETI and XI-V over California

Received the SSETI and XI-V beacon signals as expected using the SSETI
prelaunch keps during the 1815 GMT (1115 PDST)pass over California. Both
signals were very strong using just a 436 MHz ground plane, antenna mounted
LNA and a FT726 receiver.

SSETI was in the SAFE mode and keys up every 40 seconds or so and sends just
a few characters, so finding it can be a little tricky at first. XI-V is
sending CW every 30 seconds so also a little tricky.

Congratulations to both teams for their outstanding efforts!!!
