[amsat-bb] SSETI Express Streaming Video

Folks

I have a live stream set up on ESA TV from ASTRA 1G at
http://www.streamingwizard.com/clients/space.asx running at two rates,
148kbps and 43kbps so you get to see the launch on dial up as well as
broadband.

Not much to see now apart from a test card, which sadly has no audio either,
but you get the picture ;-)
