[amsat-bb] Mode L Transverter

With the luck I have had working AO-51 mobile in Mode V/S, I started
looking for a Mode L transverter.  Does anyone know of such a beast ? 
Since my fabricating skills are a little lacking, I would hope for either
a commercial option or a kit with really good instructions and good
quality.
