Could be someone can inform him about AMSAT donation program? The only one risk AMSAT will get is getting nothing!
After tax deduction a 500000$ donation will represent less than 2% of his Soyouz trip and sold as a great scientific 
advertisement tool for the world youths no one knows his final answer! If it is not money could be new ideas it is also a 
rare resources actually.
