[amsat-bb] VOX on TH-D7

I had a similar problem with the setup I use when handheld on FO-29 and  VO52
and found it difficult to do doppler because of a shortage of hands. Go to my
callsign on QRZ and see my solution in the photo there. I am using the
headphones on the R20 and the mike on the 817 with vox.
