Re: Received RS-15 beacon (29.352 MHz) I Think?



Hi David,

I have often copied the RS-15 beacon, sometimes just a carrier
and sometimes with CW and always pretty strong. But even running
800 watts EIRP on the uplink, I have not been able to get a signal
through the transpoder. In the past a modest 100 watts was more
than sufficient. I think it is pretty much dead.
