[amsat-bb] PocketSat+ Timing error

Now I've got pocketsat+ going on my Palm M515, I note tht for the same 
location there is a near constant time difference of 5 minutes early for the 
pocketsat+ when compared with my Instantrack.
This time difference appears to be borne out by the actual satellite passes. 
what am i doing wrong/not doing /
Any ideas would be appreciated,
