[amsat-bb] New URL for Video Webstream of SSETI Express Launch

The launch of SSETI Express scheduled for 30th September at 06:52 UTC will 
be streamed to the Internet.

The new URL for the Webstream will be

http://www.streamingwizard.com/clients/space.asx

which has been provided through the efforts of Howard Long G6LVB.

AMSAT-UK produce a newsletter "Oscar News" which is full of satellite 
information.
